Humans for Agriculture Environmental Sustainability (HAES) – Cameroon

Humans for Agriculture Environmental Sustainability (HAES) is a community-based organisation in Southwest Cameroon working at the intersection of sustainable agriculture, women’s empowerment, and environmental conservation. HAES strengthens local livelihoods by promoting sustainable cassava cultivation and processing, vocational and technical training, and community-led environmental initiatives.

The organisation places a strong focus on supporting vulnerable groups, including widows, single mothers, and disadvantaged youth, by providing skills training, cooperative organisation, and opportunities to access markets.

With a leadership team combining expertise in agriculture, technical education, and financial management, HAES serves as a trusted grassroots partner in building resilient, food-secure, and environmentally sustainable communities.

Impact Circle Germany e.V. is proud to collaborate with HAES as a local partner in Cameroon, working together to connect community-driven solutions with international support.

Platform for Rural Innovative Development - PRIDE

Platform for Rural Innovative Development (PRIDE) – Cameroon

Platform for Rural Innovative Development (PRIDE) is a community-based organisation dedicated to forest conservation, biodiversity protection, and sustainable livelihoods in Cameroon. PRIDE works closely with local communities living around protected areas, including the Banyang-Mbo Wildlife Sanctuary, to promote participatory conservation and reduce pressures on critical ecosystems.

The organisation empowers rural women and youth through the development of non-timber forest product (NTFP) value chains, alternative livelihoods, and environmental education. By combining traditional knowledge with innovative practices, PRIDE supports both biodiversity conservation and improved community well-being.

As a grassroots partner of Impact Circle Germany e.V., PRIDE plays a key role in advancing community-led environmental stewardship and ensuring that conservation efforts go hand in hand with social and economic development.

Impact Circle Cameroon (ICCA)

Impact Circle for Nature (IC4N) – formally registered as Impact Circle Cameroon (ICCA – is a nationwide development and humanitarian association governed by Law No. 90/53 of 19 December 1990 on Freedom of Association in Cameroon.

IC4N promotes development and humanitarian projects, programmes, and policies across all regions of Cameroon. It focuses on community-driven initiatives that reduce poverty, improve food security, protect the environment, foster social entrepreneurship, and support vulnerable populations.

Areas of work include:
– Combating poverty and enhancing food security
– Preserving the environment and natural resources
– Promoting social entrepreneurship and youth innovation
– Providing humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons, asylum seekers, and refugees
– Advancing Cameroon’s national development agenda while linking to international development frameworks

Through its inclusive and participatory approach, IC4N serves as a key partner for Impact Circle Germany e.V., helping to bridge global priorities with local realities in Cameroon.
