Albert Same Ekang
Chairman of the Board

Background: Albert is a local development expert with extensive experience in project management, international development, and humanitarian work. He founded Impact Circle Germany e.V. in Berlin to support refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable communities in rural Africa. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and fostering partnerships across multiple sectors. Albert’s passion for sustainable development, coupled with his strong background in coordinating complex projects, has driven the success of various initiatives under the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic leadership, overall supervision of projects, organizational development, and networking.

Moleka Emmanuel Bekumba Vice-Chairman/Development Officer

As the Development Officer, Moleka Emmanuel Bekumba is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing projects that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His role involves identifying opportunities for impactful community development, conducting research, and creating programs that address key social, economic, and environmental challenges. He works closely with stakeholders to ensure project sustainability and measurable success in advancing the SDGs.

Jackline Muthoni Karanja
Board Secretary/Integrations Coordinator

Jackline Muthoni Karanja, as the Integration Officer, focuses on creating and managing projects that facilitate the social and labor market integration of asylum seekers and refugees. She develops programs aimed at supporting newcomers in overcoming barriers to employment, language, and social participation. Her work includes liaising with community partners, employers, and government agencies to provide comprehensive support for refugee and asylum-seeker integration into society.

Jingtum Paschaline Somah
Humanitarian Officer

As the Humanitarian Officer, Jingtum Paschaline Somah designs and manages humanitarian projects and programs tailored to the needs of asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in Germany. Her responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, coordinating with local and international humanitarian organizations, and ensuring the effective delivery of aid and support services. She focuses on addressing immediate relief needs while developing long-term strategies for protection and self-reliance.
