Empowering Migrant Households for a Just Energy Transition in Frankfurt (Oder)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced female Workshop Facilitator to support the delivery of a series of community workshops that empower migrant women through practical knowledge on energy efficiency, climate action, and sustainable living.
The facilitator will lead four interactive workshops, encourage active participation, and help create an inclusive learning environment for participants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate four community workshops.
- Deliver interactive learning activities.
- Encourage participant engagement.
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator.
- Prepare brief workshop reports.
Who Should Apply?
Applicants should have experience in community work, adult education, facilitation, or related fields. Experience working with migrant communities and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
